You need to launch first Steam and head on to Steam’s Library tab. Once you are there, right-click DOTA 2 and choose Properties.
Look for the General tab and find the Set Launch Options button.
On the field that will follow shortly, type the term -novid and finish by clicking ok.
Once you have done the steps mentioned, then you may now be able to skip the intro video whenever you would launch DOTA 2.
