Destiny 2 "The Core Four" Raid Challenge Guide For Deep Stone Crypt

Beyond Light added the excellent new Deep Stone Crypt raid to Destiny 2, and if you've finished it then you may be wondering how to complete the latest challenge – The Core Four.

The challenge is based around the cores that are deposited when facing off against Taniks in the raid. Here's how.

Destiny 2 "The Core Four" Raid Challenge Guide For Deep Stone Crypt

When you're fighting Taniks and need to deposit cores, you'll usually be able to deposit two while his thrusters can take damage.

For this challenge, you'll need to deposit four instead, but it's actually easier than you'd think.

Use a Warlock' Nova Bomb (top tree spec) to wreck all of the thrusters at once.

Grab the cores, and deposit them while another player keeps stunning Taniks with damage.

It's worth keeping one player free to release any Guardians that are trapped, too.

You'll also be able to melt the boss' health in this extended phase, provided your team is kitted out for DPS.
