What Graphics Card Do I Need For Cyberpunk 2077?

Cyberpunk 2077 is out now, having received a bunch of updates since launch. Most of you will probably be checking out the game on PC; and with all the new hardware releasing, Ray Tracing is going to look amazing on it. If you do not have access to the brand new Nvidia or AMD cards; then it can be tricky to figure out if your current card can run the game. Here's what graphics card you will need to run Cyberpunk 2077!

What Graphics Card Do You Need? 

In the leadup to the release of Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt Red went ahead and noted the minimum required specs for their new game, We have covered this here, but they are listed down below. 

Low

• OS: 64-bit Windows 7 or 64-bit Windows 10
• DirectX Version: DirectX 12
• Processor: Intel Core i5-3570K or AMD FX-8310
• Memory: 8 GB
• Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 3 GB or AMD Radeon RX 470
• Storage: HDD (70 GB, SSD recommended)

Recommended 

• OS: 64-bit Windows 7 or 64-bit Windows 10
• DirectX Version: DirectX 12
• Processor: Intel Core i5-4790 or AMD Ryzen 3 3200G
• Memory: 12 GB
• Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB or AMD Radeon R9 Fury
• Storage: HDD (70 GB, SSD recommended)

So, according to CD Projekt Red themselves; it appears if you really want to try and run Cyberpunk 2077 then you must have one of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 3 GB or AMD Radeon RX 470. However, viewing the game on low settings will be rather painful on the eyes. So we recommend you have at least the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB or AMD Radeon R9 Fury! 

Will a GTX 1060 Run Cyberpunk 2077?

Yes! This is the recommended graphics card for Cyberpunk 2077, so you should not have a problem with it.

Will a 1080TI Run Cyberpunk 2077?

Yes! This card is vastly more powerful compared to 1060; so you should be able to cruise through the game without any problems.

Will a 5700 XT Run Cyberpunk 2077?

Similar to the 1080 TI, this card will also breeze through Cyberpunk 2077!
