A Reddit user with a NASA PC has rendered beautiful screenshots of Cyberpunk 2077. Apparently, one or two of the pictures are 6K, but I don't know which one. Our previous coverage of Cyberpunk upscaled to 8k back before the game's release is nowhere near this set of screenshots.

My only problem is that I cannot afford the price of this computer. Looking at this makes me wish I could buy one. A computer of the highest quality took these pictures. It is undeniable.
Cyberpunk 2077 in 8k
Reddit user u/Hermika earns a very high salary doing whatever they do for a living.
To render these screenshots, they were able to get their hands on a supercomputer. U/hermika gave the following specs for the computer:
"Running an RTX 3090 and i9-10900K with 64GB of 4000Mhz RAM. None of the shots have DLSS on, and therefore performance was absolute garbage. 5-10 fps for most of the shots. I normally play at 4K with quality DLSS and no RTX, which gives a solid 60 fps."
When running the quality shown in the screenshots, it is understandable to have a PC running below 10 FPS. The idea of running a game at 4K at 60 frames per second must make Cyberpunk 2077 look and perform better. Those who are interested can find many photos posted by this user on several Subreddits.
Maybe CD Projekt Red could have seen this as an option for everyone if they weren't so busy trying to fix Cyberpunk 2077's launch mistakes. However, that's just speculation because it has been so long that I'm not sure we'll see a completed Cyberpunk 2077 before the year's end. Maybe the update will fix this. Who knows?
