Cyberpunk 2077: Age Rating, PEGI, ESRB, USK And More

The Cyberpunk 2077 age rating has been revealed through a recent tweet.

Many have been worried that CD Projekt Red would soften the game's content to please a younger audience or to sell more copies.

Age Rating

Those of you under the age of 18 hoping to play Cyberpunk 2077, sorry guys it's going to be a few more years of waiting.

Recently Radek Grabowski, lead PR manager for CD Projekt Red took to Twitter to announce the German USK age rating.

USK is the German equivalent of PEGI for most of Europe and ESRB for the US and Canada, it's an age rating system.

Cyberpunk 2077 has an 18+ German USK rating according to Grabowski's tweet.

Many were worried that CDPR would give in to the pressure to censor Cyberpunk 2077.

A lower age rating usually means more sales due to a wider audience.

We're glad they decided to stay true to their vision for Cyberpunk.
