Introducing Pro Points to Counter Strike: Global Offensive
This month will see the end of randomly seeded Counter Strike: Global Offensive cups on Gfinity.net, as we begin to implement Pro Point seeding.
What does this mean?
As of Monday, 8th August 2016, every CS:GO cup held on Gfinity.net will feature Pro Points, alongside their current prize pools.
The final results from the first week of August, 1st-7th, will be used as initial seeding for future cups, which will be implemented from August 8th onwards.
Pro Points will be distributed as follows and will be equally divided per player;
Monday & Thursday - £150 Prize Pool (F2P)
- Winner: 1000
- Runner-up: 600
- Semi Finalists: 360
- Quarter Finalists: 180
- 9th-16th: 90
- 17th-32nd: 45
Tuesday - £200 Prize Pool (Premium)
- Winner: 2000
- Runner-up: 1200
- Semi Finalists: 720
- Quarter Finalists: 360
- 9th-16th: 180
- 17th-32nd: 90
Sunday - £300 Prize Pool (F2P)
- Winner: 5000
- Runner-up: 3000
- Semi Finalists: 1800
- Quarter Finalists: 900
- 9th-16th: 450
- 17th-32nd: 225
