Sony Interactive Entertainment and Major League Baseball released a joint statement in December 2019 revealing that The Show, developed by Sony first-party studio Sony San Diego, would be moving to additional platforms, so this isn't a shock – but it's fun to see the PlayStation and Xbox branding sitting side by side.

Not only is the game coming to Xbox, but it's also coming to Nintendo Switch, too.

Sony has recently released Horizon: Zero Dawn, Detroit: Become Human and Death Stranding on PC, showing that the company is willing to at least test the waters of bringing its titles to additional platforms.

Microsoft already publishes Minecraft on seemingly every imaginable platform, while Deathloop and Ghostwire Tokyo are timed PS5 console exclusives – despite the developers being acquired as part of Bethesda's move to Microsoft's first-party.

Psychonauts 2 will also come to PlayStation consoles.
