COD Mobile's AKS-74U is a staple of the Call of Duty franchise and it would be unjust to not see it in its Mobile form.

The AKS-74U SMG
The AKS-74U submachine gun is unlocked at level 8. This gun is a fully-automatic SMG with a high rate of fire and high damage.
The gun is one of the best in the game, excelling both at close and long-range. Because of its low unlock level, it tends to be a common gun amongst beginners.
AKS-74U Weapon Skins
Weapons in COD Mobile come with different weapon skins that will make your gun look nice and provide a few advantages:
- Dawn - Weapon kills increase weapon reload speed and increase 5% Player XP.
- Blue Marine - Weapon kills increase weapon reload speed.
- Maple Leaves - Weapon kills increase weapon reload speed.
AKS-74U Attachments
Attachments in COD Mobile will improve the weapon's statistics and performance in-game.
The AKS-74U's base stats are:
- Damage - 78
- Fire Rate - 60
- Accuracy - 55
- Mobility - 75
- Range - 33
With attachments they have the following performance increase:
- Long Barrel - Increases range by 10.
- Foregrip - Increases accuracy by 10.
- Stock - Increases mobility by 10.
The Best AKS-74U Class
Attachments
- Red Dot Sight
- Long Barrel

The AKS-74U can become a real threat at range with its high damage and rate of fire - equipping long barrel will increase its damage at range and the foregrip will help control the recoil
Its high mobility can be further increased with stock, making you a tricky target to lock shots onto.
Fast mags are not recommended as most variants provide a reload buff when you gain a kill.

Agile will allow you to ready yourself faster after running, so you're ready for any fight at any range.
Toughness will help you with your long-range fights, by flinching less you will miss fewer shots.
Alert will give you an idea of where enemies are and help ready yourself for a close-range fight.
Grenades
- Semtex (Lethal)
- Stun Grenade (Tactical)
The semtex is the best aggressive lethal to take and can help you take down enemies hiding in difficult spots. The stun will slow down enemies and make it difficult for them to retaliate.
Operator Skill
- War Machine
The AKS-74u will fair well at long and short-range, with the War Machine helping to clear up enemies in awkward and hidden spots such as buildings.
Scorestreaks
- UAV (400)
- Counter-UAV (600)
- XS1-Goliath (800)
By playing aggressively, you may expect to die more often, but with how versatile this weapon is you should be fine. This setup is designed to give your opponents little advantage over you.
The UAV will tell you where enemies are, the Counter-UAV will block the enemies' mini-map and the XS1-Goliath will give you a chance to mow down seas of enemy.
