The tournament will feature a kill race format but rather than squads dropping into public matches, all teams will be playing in a private match against each other, meaning the games are likely to be played at a slower pace as placement is just as important as kills.

Twitch Rivals has also added a kill multiplier rather than adding bonus points for a high placement. If a team finishes first and scores 10 kills, the total will be doubled to 20 giving them 20 points for that particular match.

Here's a full breakdown of the multiplier:

  • 1st - 2x Kill Multiplier
  • 2nd-5th - 1.5x Kill Multiplier
  • 6th-15th - 1.3x Kill Multiplier
  • 16th-25th - 1.1x Kill Multiplier
