How to drop items in Call of Duty: Warzone
Dropping items can be handy for two reasons. For one, you can drop items to make room in your inventory, but the main reason will be to drop items for your teammates.
You can drop pretty much anything for your squad, including cash – so it's important to make sure you all have enough money to afford to buy back your colleagues.
It's simple, too. Simply hold down the 'Down' button on your d-pad to bring up the Drop Menu.
Once you're there, you can highlight items with the right thumbstick, before pressing the 'Drop Stack' or 'Drop All' buttons as prompted on your platform of choice.
Dropping stacks will allow you to split the loot you have, whereas dropping all will free up that inventory slot entirely.
