After a hugely underwhelming release, Vanguard Zombies has received a wealth of brand-new updates courtesy of Zombies developer Treyarch. The second chapter of the Dark Aether storyline was met with plenty of negativity from the passionate community, but thanks to the Season 1 Reloaded update, it appears that change is right around the corner.
Alongside various updates to multiplayer, Treyarch has outlined a wealth of changes set to arrive in Der Anfang as part of the 115 Day celebrations. While the changes seem positive, a leak has uncovered the presence of an unreleased Wonder Weapon within the files of Vanguard, much to the curiosity of players.

Vanguard Zombies Wonder Weapon
One part of the 115 Day blog post that piqued the interest of Zombies players was the mention of "multiple Wonder Weapons," heavily suggesting that they could be arriving in the not-too-distant future. To add even more fuel to the fire, notable Call of Duty leaker @Real1tyUK managed to uncover one of the Wonder Weapons has already been added to the files of Vanguard.
Codenamed "Coolgun," the unreleased Wonder Weapon has also been classified as a pistol, something that's been seen in the first Dark Aether chapter with the arrival of the CRBR-S. Does Coolgun suggest some kind of weapon that freezes the undead or is it just a codename for something even more unique? We will have to wait and see what Treyarch has in store.
Vanguard Zombies Wonder Weapon Release Date
As with all leaks, they should be taken with a pinch of salt as a lot can change in regard to game development. With Treyarch revealing "there's plenty more in the works for Season Two," it's likely that at least one of the rumoured Wonder Weapons will be making its debut as Der Anfang gears up for the first main Easter Egg quest.
