Despite Call of Duty Vanguard's recent launch, several leaks and rumours surrounding the 2022 entry into the popular first-person shooter franchise have already surfaced, much to the curiosity of the community. If the rumours are anything to go by, Call of Duty 2022 will be Modern Warfare 2, a sequel to the 2019 reboot of the Modern Warfare series.
The title developed by Infinity Ward is rumoured to focus on Task Force 141 once again, as they do battle against a Columbian drug cartel intent on spreading mayhem across the globe. While nothing official on the game has been revealed, actor Warren Kole has seemingly confirmed his involvement in the project.
