The Alliance quests are Abominable Creatures, Bloodied Insignia, and Remember That I Love You. Here are more details on the quests:

Abominable Creatures (Level 16)

  • Giver: Captain Truman, located right at the dungeon entrance.
  • Objective: Slay the abomination boss, The Baron, and return his head.

Bloodied Insignia (Level 16)

  • Objective: Kill undead trash mobs inside to randomly loot 10 Bloodied Insignias. Turn them in to General Marcus Jonathan in Stormwind.

Horde and Alliance players share one faction-neutral quest. This is the Crest of Lordaeron quest. Here are some details on that one:

  • Objective: You must search the dungeon for a physical shield item hanging on the wall/tombs. Clicking it starts the quest.
  • Spawn Locations: The shield randomly spawns in one of four places: a tower near the entrance, the Banshees' hut, the tower near the statue boss (The Abandoned), or the back side of the bar along Bjork's path.
  • Turn-in: Horde players bring it to Oran Snakewrithe in Undercity; Alliance players bring it to Lady Dena Kennedy in Stormwind. Both receive a Small Sack of Gems.
