- Quick Answer: The new Valorant roadmap reveals what we can expect from the next few patches, as well as some things delayed to 2027.
Patch 12.09 of Valorant has gone live, and Riot Games took this opportunity to reveal what they're preparing for the coming months with a new developer's video and roadmap.
For starters, the next patch, version 12.10, will finally enable replay sharing. Players will be able to go into the career page, and a new download button will be available next to each match, allowing them to send the replay for better VOD reviewing.
Patch 13.00, which will kick off Season 2026 Act 4, will arrive on June 23 and bring several balance changes, as mentioned before. The Initiator's cooldown will be once again modified, dropping from 60 to 50 seconds. Some Sentinels are set for a buff to be more effective against aggressive comps. Veto is one of the agents confirmed to receive changes.
In terms of weapons, the dev team is looking to make the Bandit a good choice outside of pistol rounds, just like the Sheriff.
This patch will also introduce a new LTM currently referred to as 3v3 Spike Mode. Besides having smaller teams, the mode is expected to have quicker rounds, becoming a good option to play for casuals.

The next patch highlighted on the roadmap is 13.02, where a combined mode between All Random One Site and Replication modes will be introduced. In simple terms, only one site will be enabled in this mode, and all players in a team will play the same agent.
One thing that was originally coming this year was new Ranked rewards, but this has been delayed to 2027. In return, a new cosmetic that will evolve depending on the player's rank was teased on the developer video.

The developers also teased that they will reveal more things that they're working on once VCT Champions 2026 gets closer.
