Very minor Resident Evil Requiem spoilers ahead.
Resident Evil Requiem is filled with so many franchise callbacks that it's hard to pinpoint a single one of them as the best of the bunch. That being said, there is one incredible easter egg that caught every retro gamer's eyes: a Sega Saturn with a wonderful collection of games is inside RE Requiem.
One of the game's coolest easter eggs (and believe me, there are quite a few incredible ones) can be found inside R.P.D. At one point during the game's story, Leon Kennedy will head back to Raccoon City, letting players explore the iconic police station, where you'll be able to find a Sega Saturn and a ton of classic Capcom titles to boot, if you complete one of the side puzzles in this section.
The derelict police station hides the Sega Saturn in a locker room. Once you get your key items, a big Street Alpha poster will greet you. If you zoom in by aiming, you'll be able to spot the console and a controller covered in dust. The collection of games on display includes some Capcom classics like the original Resident Evil, Mega Man 8, and Street Fighter Alpha 2.
The Saturn was released in 1994, becoming a huge success in Japan, although many rightly consider it a flop in the West. The Dreamcast would launch in late 1998. Considering the bombing of Raccoon City happened around said timeframe, it's safe to say the Saturn was the last Sega console release within the city
Where To Find The Sega Saturn In RE Requiem?
To find the easter egg, you'll need to wait until the Mr. X scene plays out. The Saturn itself is found inside a locker in the West Office. However, the key to open the locker is in the Operations Room.
Climb on top of the wooden pallets and turn around to inspect the TV hanging right in front of you.
