The Resident Evil 9 Requiem leaks keep on coming, and the latest one will excite Village fans, in particular those with a fondness for one Lady Dimitrescu. The leaked information suggests players will get to play as Lady D by purchasing the Deluxe Edition of RE9.
Now, don't get your hopes up too much, as this is simply a costume available for the main character, Grace. The Deluxe Edition will have a total of five different costumes, according to the leak, which was shared by X (formerly known as Twitter) SpookyHo.
As mentioned, Grace will have five outfits available via the Deluxe Edition, if it ends up being true. On top of Lady D, the other one revealed is an "Apocalypse" outfit that sees Grace wear something almost directly inspired by the Resident Evil: Extinction film, the third in the series developed by Paul W. S. Anderson.
Beyond that, what seems to be her initial weapon (a small Glock called the S&S M232) will also get four skins. There are also two different screen filters, charms, audio log packs, and retro files called "letters from 1998," the year in which Resident Evil 2 was originally released.
There's still a lot we don't know about Resident Evil Requiem. And that's quite right. The aura of mystery surrounding the game can be a positive thing, as there are plenty of theories circulating amongst the fanbase that is slowly and organically building hype for RE9.
In any case, Resident Evil Requiem will release for Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2 this upcoming February 27.
