To help you secure that Platinum without smashing your controller, here are some pro tips for the trickiest achievements in Resident Evil: Requiem.

The Insanity Run (Remarkable Agent)

  • Resource Management: On Insanity, enemies are bullet sponges. Don’t kill everything; sneak and use the Hemolytic injector on zombies already on the floor to prevent them from mutating.
  • Manual Saves: Since auto-saves are disabled or rare, always keep at least two Ink Ribbons on you. Save before the Care Center basement and the ARK entrance.

Combat Mastery

  • Cat Got Your Tongue?: To cut the tongue off a Licker B2, wait for its tongue lash animation. Parry the attack first to stagger it, then immediately use the hatchet finishing attack while it’s reeling.
  • Bang For Your Buck: The best place for this is in either wing of the Care Center. Group three zombies near a doorway and use the Requiem shot's splash damage to take them all out at once.
  • Internal Dispute: You don’t need to do much here, just lead a zombie into a grab animation while another is directly behind it.

Efficiency & Speed (Speed Demon)

  • Skip the Loot: For the 4-hour Speed Demon run, ignore all BSAA containers and Mr. Raccoon memoriams. Stick strictly to key items.
  • Combine Challenges: You can realistically stack Speed Demon, Minimalist, and Never Touch The Stuff on a Casual/Rookie run once you know the map layout.

Collectibles (You Little Rascal! & Case Closed)

  • Audio Cues: Listen for a mechanical clicking sound; that’s the Mr. Raccoon statues. They are often hidden behind destructible crates or on high rafters in the R.P.D.
  • The Point of No Return: Make sure you have all files from the Care Center before escaping, as you cannot backtrack to that area once you reach the suspended platform.

That is every trophy/achievement in Resident Evil: Requiem. We will update this list if any additional trophies/achievements are added via DLC or similar.
