Want a full list of all Resident Evil Requiem charms and how they can help you? I've got your back.
RE Requiem boasts a plethora of collectibles for players to, erm, collect. All of them are franchise staples like files, Mr. Raccoon figurines, and, of course, weapon charms.
Unlike most collectibles, charms do serve a gameplay purpose, handing out specific benefits if you decide to equip, sometimes at the expense of getting a little debuff elsewhere. For instance, some charms might give your weapons more damage, but they'll be harder to aim.
For Requiem, charms are tied to specific weapon types and characters. So, let's break down all the RE Requiem weapon charms, how to get them, and what they do.

How To Equip Charms In RE Requiem
Equipping charms is very easy in Resident Evil Requiem. For Grace, they'll be automatically equipped as they are tied to her inventory and enabled at all times.
For Leon, you can do so via the upgrade stations or directly via his inventory. Leon's are weapon charms, so they only work with specific types of guns. Hover over a weapon and click/tap options to display a secondary menu that will let you equip charms.
