How to Fish in Neverness to Everness (NTE)
Head to a fishing spot and select the Fishing prompt. After that, you can select the fishing rod and bait you want to use. Once you're done selecting, click Start Fishing.

Click the Hook icon to throw in your fishing line, then wait for a fish to bite the bait. Once a fish takes the bait, press the Hook icon to start reeling the fish in. The fish will try to escape, but they're easy to catch. Simply use the A (Left) and D (Right) keys to keep the yellow line in sync with the green bar on top of the screen.

The fish will ultimately get tired, allowing you to catch it.
How to Sell Fish in Neverness to Evernerss (NTE)
There are over 25 varieties of fish in NTE, with most being common and others being rare. Selling fish earns you Scale Coins, which are used to purchase bait and fishing rods.

You can sell your fish in the Fish Market or Fish Hold. The Fish Market shows you three different fish every day that are in demand and will garner you 200-500% more Scale Coins than if you were to sell on the Fish Hold. This is the best way to sell fish at high prices, but it depends on whether you're able to catch them or not.
