You can sell your fish in the Fish Market or Fish Hold. The Fish Market shows you three different fish every day that are in demand and will garner you 200-500% more Scale Coins than if you were to sell on the Fish Hold. This is the best way to sell fish at high prices, but it depends on whether you're able to catch them or not.
