How to Redeem Codes in Neverness to Everness (NTE)

To redeem codes in NTE, you need to have completed the prologue and unlocked the phone menu.

Once you've unlocked the phone, head to the main menu and select the three dots in the top-right corner of your player card. There, you'll see the "Redeem Code" button.

After selecting that button, you'll be prompted to enter the codes you find. If you've placed a valid code, you'll receive a pop-up to say that your rewards will be available to claim in your mailbox. This might take some time to arrive.

To check your mail, return to your phone menu and select the envelope icon at the bottom of the phone screen. From here, you can see all the mail you have received. To make it easier to claim your rewards, select "Claim All" in the bottom left.
