Monster Hunter Wilds’ Halloween event is live just in time for the spooky season. The Festival of Accord: Dreamspell is one of Monster Hunter Wilds’ seasonal event rotations preceded by the Summer event: Flamefete.
If you’re here, that means you are already wondering how to get that elusive Gelidron mask and armor, the Aviator Shades or that cute-looking Kitten Frames.
How to Get the Dreamspell Catalog:

The Dreamspell Catalog is a material reward from the “That Won’t Faze Me!” Event Quest. Simply head over to the quest counter or go to your local Handler like Alma or Erik.
The quest involves hunting down an 8-Star Tempered Gypceros. It’s not a particularly difficult battle, but it’s definitely a stronger version of the normal Gypceros you normally hunt. Be careful of its blinding attack that can stun you as well as its poison spits that can sap away your health in seconds. And steer clear from that Ajarakan chilling in the corner!
Once you’ve cleared the quest, you will get a single Dreamspell Catalog as reward.
Crafting the Gelidron Mask/Armor, Aviator Shades and the Kitten Frames:

To craft the Gelidron Mask and Armor, you need one Dreamspell Catalog each. That means you have to do the quest twice to get two if you want to get both of the armor.
The Gelidron Armor and Mask isn’t that good, but its Armor Skills like Free Meal, Speed Eating and Hunger Resistance can prove useful against longer hunts. If not, it’s mostly used as layered armor for hunters who just want to look goofy.

Crafting the Aviator Shades and Kitten Frames also requires two Dreamspell Catalog each, so you need a total of four to get both of them.
The Armor Skill for the Aviator Shades grants you Lvl 3 Windproof and a Lvl 2 Tool Specialist. As for Kitten Frames, you get a Lvl 3 Ambush, Lvl 2 Evade Extender and Lvl 1 Jump Master.
