To get the Eastern Witch's Fan, head east from Hernand into the southern area of Demeniss. You'll have to find an area called Serpent Marsh - you'll know you're there if you find a collection of large cliffs that form a chain of islands. You can find the exact pin below.

When you're at the right location, you'll be at the top of a waterfall that has a flag with colorful ribbons on it. Look down to the left, and you'll see a small ledge with minerals blocking a cave entrance.

Fly down to the ledge and use Focused Force Palm to strike the wall. Using the Focused Force Palm will give you temporary x-ray vision, so make sure to aim for the glowing core. Doing this correctly will create an entrance to the cave.
