When you reach Chapter 2, players will unlock the Batcave. The Batcave comes with several features, such as the Garage, which lets you purchase and equip vehicles. However, the area where you'll be able to replay missions is via Batman's computer.

Head towards Batman's computer and interact with it. Here, you'll see the option to replay missions you've previously completed.
