Hunting is necessary to get both food and gear, but chasing down your prey can be a tiring task. But there is one way to make it easier - blending in by wearing a disguise. Introducing the Reindeer Cloak, which disguises you as a deer so that other wildlife will think you're one of them.

How to Get the Deer Disguise in Crimson Desert

The Deer Disguise - also known as the Reindeer Cloak - is near Lake Kharonso in the Scholastone Institute. Players will need to visit this place as part of the "Gate to the Otherworld" main quest in Chapter 4.

Head west of Lake Kharonso and you'll notice a cave where NPCs are hanging around. Enter the cave and head left, and venture up the winding staircase until you reach the exterior of the cave.

Once at the top of the staircase, you'll spot a wall that looks out of place. Use the Focused Force Palm ability to break the wall down - but make sure there's some distance between you and the wall to not get shocked by the Abyss Cell.

A path is now open to you. After entering the cave, you'll find a Treasure Chest next to the wall. Open it, and you'll get the Reindeer Cloak, which disguises you as a deer.

Use the disguise whenever you're hunting, and you'll be able to blend right in with your prey. Wearing this will also allow you to hunt wild animals without using melee weapons.
