Crimson Desert's latest update lets Greymanes have a legendary Phoenix as a pet.

Pearl Abyss has rolled out the patch 1.04.00 update, which adds difficulty settings, increases storage, and much more. However, arguably one of the best things they introduced is more pet options.

Now, you can have more than just a dog or a cat as a pet - you can even have a mighty Phoenix. Here's how to get one!

How to Get a Legendary Phoenix Pet in Crimson Desert

To get the Phoenix pet, you'll first need to travel to the Crimson Desert. The spot you'll need to go to is above the "S" in "Crimson" and is south-west of the Trader's Expanse. The exact pin can be found below.

When you're at the right location, climb up the rock formation in front of you. From there, you'll be able to spot the Phoenix flying in from a distance.

Once it gets close, shoot down the Phoenix with an explosive arrow, which can be bought from a Back Alley Vendor in Hernand. To make it easier for you, use Focused Shot to cleanly mark your hit. Charge your shot to get as much damage as possible and shoot the legendary bird down.

After you've shot the bird, loot it for the Phoenix Feather. Once you have it, head to any witch NPC and interact with them. Select "Craft Abyss Gears" and craft the Sigil of Solidarity (Phoenix).

Once the item has been crafted, head to your inventory and use it. The Phoenix will then be registered as one of your pets.

Like other pets, the Phoenix doesn't engage in combat, but does loot dead bodies after a fight is over.
