Huggy Wuggy is coming to Fortnite. In a jam-packed Fortnitemares 2025 event, the popular antagonist from the Poppy Playtime puzzle horror game is set to be one of the most sought-after cosmetics in the game in a year that has included some horror icons like Scream's Ghostface, Friday the 13th's Jason Vorhees, and Terrifier's Art the Clown, to name a few.
With Epic Games bombarding fans for the past few weeks, fans don't want to miss out on Huggy Wuggy. Especially considering that once an item goes out of the Fortnite Item Shop rotation, the chances of it coming back in the near future are incredibly slim, especially if they are themed around a specific event. Just ask Resident Evil fans, for example.
In any case, here's what we know about the Huggy Wuggy skin in Fortnite.
When is Huggy Wuggy Coming To Fortnite?
Huggy Wuggy is set to be released on October 23. The skin will be available via the Fortnite Item Shop.
Skins tend to stick around for a few weeks before being phased out. Usually, Epic Games announces via social media when the last day is to get popular cosmetics. In any case, leakers and dataminers such as HYPEX or Shiina also share when a skin is set to leave the Item Shop.
Huggy Wuggy Fortnite Cosmetics & Prices
At the time of writing, we don't know the full cost of the Huggy Wuggy skin or any adjacent cosmetics.
Based on other outfits released during this same Fortnitemares event, expect it to cost anywhere between 1,200 and 1,500 V-Bucks. A full bundle that includes potential add-ons like a pickaxe, emote, and back bling could cost upwards of 2,000 V-Bucks.
Once the full list of prices and cosmetics is released, I'll update this section accordingly.
