Want to know where to find the fuse in Resident Evil Requiem? Don't worry, I've got you covered.

Finding the fuse can be considered as the first big hurdle Grace Ashcroft will have to overcome in the early hours of Resi 9, as it's part of the first section in which you get to fully immerse yourself in her journey.

Let's not dilly-dally any longer and tell you exactly how to get the fuse in Resident Evil 9.

Fuse Location In Resident Evil: Requiem

Once you wake up at the hospital, you'll quickly find that Grace has lost her gun and will need to try to find a way out. After you leave the initial room in which she was held captive, you'll stumble into the locked room 201, which requires a specific key. Keep walking down the hallway, and you'll reach the fuse box with one of them missing.

If you keep walking, you'll notice a small table with a drawer; this is where you'll find the Cherub Key to open room 201. Go back and do so.

This will serve as a neat resting spot, as you can save your progress with an Ink Ribbon if you're playing in Normal - Classic difficulty. This is where you'll find two key items: a lighter and the fuse you need to open the gate; however, you need a tool to open the box and get it.

Now equipped with the power of fire (barely), you can start exploring the left side of the area. You can enter the dark room to find some extra documents and a note on a cardboard box that will give you the direction of the screwdriver you need to open the fuse box: the nurse's station.

Keep walking and go back into the room where you find an empty bottle and open the door. No spoilers, but you're in for a surprise. Rest assured, you should end up back in room 203 after everything goes down. Once again, go back into the room and head through the door. If got injured you'll quickly find a Med Injector here.

You'll notice a medical cart to the right as you enter. You'll need to move it and put it below a red toolbox that's sitting above some wall-mounted drawers. Inspect it, and you'll get hold of the screwdriver. Time to make another run for it, by the way.

Screwdriver in your possession, head back to the Cherub Room. Or so you'd think. The big monster chasing you will once again try to pin you down. Here's where things get tricky: even if you think you're safe in the comfort of the 203, it will break all the lights, forcing you to make a run.

Avoiding the beast can be tricky since it will cut your path if you try to beeline to the room with the fuse, so try to play it cool, avoid running and using your lighter. Redirect the beast towards room 203 using the empty bottle as bait if possible, and head slowly back to room 201. The scares don't end there, as the lights will go off here as well, but at this point, you're basically safe. Use the screwdriver, take the fuse, and run over to the area with the locked gate and the fuse box to power it up and open it.

A cutscene will play out, and the sequence will end.
