How to Find the Darkbringer Sword

To get the Darkbringer Sword, you need to head to the White Wastes Sanctuary on the northwestern side of Pailune. Sadly, there is no way to Fast Travel to this area. You'll need to travel from the north of Hernand or northwest from Demeniss.

Take note that there are a lot of Black Bear camps in the area. You can either choose to fight them or distract them with food.

Once you're in the area, you'll come across a ginormous skeleton with a yellow cloth in its mouth. If you approach the skeleton, you'll be able to get the Darkbringer Sword from its hand.
