  • Quick Answer: To get Miis to date, drag them together to build rapport until a pink "Love Pondering" bubble appears, then encourage them to confess their feelings.

When Miis interact, there's a chance for them to fall in love.

But relationships in Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream are a little like real life - complicated. Nintendo made sure to add hurdles to dating in the game, such as unrequited love and rejection.

Want to get your Miis to date? Here's how.

How to Get Miis to Date in Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream

To start a romance, you need to get your Miis to interact and build a relationship. To do so, drag your Mii to the Resident you want them to date to get them to interact.

Take note that it's not 100% certain that both Miis will feel the same way about each other. It's possible that one Mii will develop a one-sided attraction to another Mii. The best way to deepen their relationship is by having them interact with each other more.

Another way is by having your Mii help the other when they're stuck. Doing so can trigger one of the Miis to fall in love and can help develop their relationship.

When your Mii has a Love Pondering (a pink thought bubble), they will ask if they should confess their feelings to their crush. You can encourage them, which will lead them to confess their feelings. If it goes well, they'll become Sweethearts.

However, if the feelings aren't reciprocated, your Mii will get denied and will become depressed. If you want to avoid that, you can discourage your Mii from confessing, and their romantic feelings will fade.
