You will need to defeat all the enemies in this location. Once the camp is clear, the Lightning Spear will be available for you to pick up in the middle of the camp.

How to Upgrade the Lightning Spear to the Kuku Lightning Spear in Crimson Desert

If you want to make the weapon more powerful, you can use the Lightning Spear to craft the Kuku Lightning Spear at the Kiln Workshop. This will make the weapon unbreakable.
