To find Pichu in Pokemon Pokopia, you'll need to build the Picnic Set Habitat in Withered Wasteland. Take note that Pichu will only spawn in Withered Wasteland, where Pikachu spawns in Palette Town.

The Picnic Set Habitat is relatively easy to build; you just need 1 seat, 1 table, and 1 picnic basket.

After setting up the habitat, you'll need to wait for Pichu to arrive. They will arrive within an hour, but if you're too lazy to wait, you can consider time-travelling to get them immediately.
