Want to get your hands on the Sword of the Lord? Here's how.
How to Get the Sword of the Lord in Crimson Desert
You get the Sword of the Lord as a reward for defeating Kailok, the Hornsplitter, at the end of Chapter 2's main questline, The End of Greed.

You will need to progress through the quest to reach Kailok. As part of the final stage, you, as Kliff, will have to defeat the boss at Goldleaf Guildhouse in Unicorn Cliff.

If you successfully defeat Kailok, a cutscene will play to transition the story into Chapter 3. After the cutscene, you will receive your quest rewards - one of them being the Sword of the Lord.
Why is the Sword of the Lord a Good Weapon?
Now, you might be wondering how a sword you receive from completing an early-game quest can be good.

Well, besides having a high base attack and scaling, the best thing about the Sword of the Lord is its elemental synergy. The sword is imbued with light elemental affinity, which is great against Corrupted or Shadow enemy types.

When you hit an opponent, you apply a minor burn to them. The sword also allows you to stun enemies, giving you the chance to make space in a tight battlefield. This is also great when fighting a boss, as you can easily take them out when they're down.
