Here’s how to claim your pre-order bonus rewards and Deluxe content on Crimson Desert.

How to Claim Pre-Order & Deluxe Content on Crimson Desert

To claim your bonus items, you’ll need to open Crimson Desert on your computer or console. Head on over to the Game Menu and navigate to the “Others” tab.

Once you’re there, select the “Add-Ons” tab. You’ll be able to see a list of all the pre-order and Deluxe Edition rewards that are available to you.

Claim the items and they will either be transferred to your inventory or in-game Supply Box. If they've moved to the latter, you'll have to physically go to a Supply Chest to manually switch your items to your inventory.

Take note that for some players, especially those who pre-ordered the game on Steam, have reportedly checked their “Add-Ons” tab and saw it empty. Pearl Abyss is aware of this issue and is investigating the cause.
