During the Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour, fans were treated to the first look at Xenoverse 3. The franchise became massively popular because it essentially lets Dragon Ball fans live out their power fantasy of being a character in the universe.
The trailer showcased features players already know and love from the Xenoverse saga, including an extensive character creator and original characters that will form part of the game's story.
It is very much just a teaser, so beyond an incredibly well-animated cutscene, nothing of substance is really known about the game beyond two things: fans got a release year and platforms it'll be available on.
When Is Xenoverse 3 Coming Out?
Dragon Ball Xenoverse is scheduled to hit shelves and digital storefronts in 2027. It will be available on PC (via Steam), Xbox Series, and PlayStation 5.
A massive omission is the lack of a Nintendo Switch 2 edition. Which could mean the game is incredibly massive, with a potential open world, which was kind of teased towards the end of the trailer.
