Crimson Desert recently introduced the baby Wyvern and Kuku Bird as mounts. Players can be begging Pearl Abyss to add them as mounts after the baby Wyvern and Kuku Bird became available as pets, and they definitely answered!

Here's how to get these two pets as mounts in Crimson Desert!

How to Get the Kuku Bird Chick and Baby Wyvern Mount in Crimson Desert

To get the baby Wyvern and Kuku Bird chick to be mounts in Crimson Desert, you need to already have it as a pet. If you have the pet, you then need to have its growth level reach level 3.

To increase its level, you need to feed it. To do so, you need to summon your pet, and while it's flying, drop some meat onto the ground. They will immediately fly down to it and eat the meat. The more it eats, the more its growth level will increase.

You can feed your pet three times per day, so it will take three in-game days for the Wyvern's growth level to hit level 3.

Once it reached level 3, your pet will grow from a baby to either a full-grown Kuku Bird or a Wyvern. Once it's fully grown, you can approach the creature, and a "Ride" prompt will appear. Selecting this registers the Kuku Bird or Wyvern as a mount.
