To change the appearance of Kliff MacDuff (or the other playable characters) in Crimson Desert, you need to go to the Barber Shop inside the Greymane Camp.

Take note that you can't change the key parts of the face, like eye shape or nose shape. Instead, there are five key points you can customize, and there are plenty of different options to pick from for those!

How to Unlock the Barber Shop in Crimson Desert

The Barber Shop is locked behind the Chapter 4 "A Rumor at the Inksworth Bindery" quest.
