Cyberpunk 2077 is exactly one-year-old tomorrow, though it's been a troubled year. Right before this anniversary begins, CD Projekt Red's entering settlement negotiations with investors who'd previously filed a lawsuit over this troubled launch.
Confirmed within their regulatory announcement yesterday, CD Projekt Red stated their law firm told them a US District Court for the Central District of California “had suspended proceedings concerning the motion to dismiss due to the parties having entered into negotiations concerning a potential settlement.”

While they've stated the possibility of entering a settlement between both parties, CD Projekt Red clarified that this doesn't mean they accept the charges, stating:
