Does Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse Have Fast Travel?

The quick answer is yes: Belmont’s Curse does have fast travel. I’ll explain how to get access to it, as there are two ways of fast traveling.

To unlock fast travel in Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse, you need to reach a point in the story where you’ll meet the Ferryman. He’s not a hidden encounter or anything, so progress through the first biomes and defeat the initial three bosses, and you’ll organically run into him.

He will give you the Ferryman’s Wharf ability, letting you fast travel between biomes where you have previously visited and unlocked the designated fast travel post.

That’s not all, as you can also fast travel to specific points within biomes by using the Mirrors of Life you’ve encountered. This is a hidden mechanic the game doesn’t tell you about, so plenty of people might miss it.

Once you’re standing right in front of a Mirror of Life, crouch for a few seconds, and you’ll be teleported to a mysterious place known as the Hall of Mirrors. Here, you’ll be able to visit any mirror you’ve unlocked in an area and use it as a neat fast travel spot.
