Bungie's Head of HR Steps Down After 14 Years

Bungie's head of HR, Gayle d'Hondt, is stepping down from her role effective today. After 14 years in her position, d'Hondt confirmed her resignation following IGN's report of Bungie's workplace culture, which alleged "sexism, boys' club culture, crunch, and HR protection of abusers over more than a decade."

Continuing their coverage of this story earlier today. IGN revealed an email had been sent out to Bungie employees earlier today. Within, d'Hondt mentioned that she intends to do "everything in my power to make sure everyone who works here has a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment."
