Black Ops 7 has only been out for a little over a month and the offering is one of the strongest out of the recent titles in the franchise. However, many are probably still waiting for Ranked Play, the competitive mode with CDL rules where players can climb the ladder.
Luckily, the mode's release window has already been released, meaning we know when to expect it's arrival. While we wait for more news about how it will work this year, here are all the details confirmed so far.
When Does Black Ops 7 Ranked Play Come Out?
Ranked Play for Black Ops 7 is scheduled to come out in Season 2 of the game's post-launch cycle. This was revealed by Treyarch to the public before the game came out.
A specific release date hasn't been announced, which means we don't know if the mode will be out at the start of the season or with the Season 2 Reloaded update in the mid-season. We should get more information once we get closer to the start of the season.
When Does Black Ops 7 and Warzone Season 2 Come Out?
According to the battle pass timer, Season 2 of Black Ops 7 and Warzone is scheduled to come out on Thursday, February 5th, for all platforms. This means the season will last exactly nine weeks, a week more than usual to account for the time off for developers during the holidays.

Season 2 should last around eight weeks, with a mid-season update dropping in the middle to kick off Season 2 Reloaded and add a second batch of content.
