  • Quick Answer: Three spin-off games are coming to the Escape from Tarkov universe, and the logo for one of them has been revealed.

During its most recent TarkovTV livestream, Battlestate Games made several announcements on the future of the Escape from Tarkov franchise. Among those announcements, they revealed that they are working on three (Yes, three!) new games in the Tarkov universe.

Here are the titles in development:

  • A mobile game
  • A single-player game
  • Escape from Tarkov: Guncyclopedia

These will eventually join the current franchise's lineup, which is the main extraction shooter and the Arena spin-off.

Nikita Buyanov, the studio head, shared the news and gave out a few details about each project. For starters, the mobile game won't be a port of the extraction title, but this is the only detail we know about it.

The single-player game will be rooted in the Tarkov universe and will be released in an episodic format. Neither the single-player game nor the mobile game's titles have been revealed.

The third game, Escape from Tarkov: Guncyclopedia, is a free-to-play application that will launch on Steam at some point this year. It is essentially a gun-building simulator, where players can try out different weapon builds, test them at a weapon range, and possibly port them to the main title.

A VR version of Guncyclopedia is also under discussion, but the studio didn't make any concrete announcements.

On top of those three games, Battlestate also reaffirmed its commitment to release the main title on consoles, with the studio currently looking for a developer to take charge of porting the game for Xbox and PlayStation.

None of the games has a release date, meaning we will have to wait for more news from Battlestate in the coming months.
