Assassin's Creed: Shadows is receiving a bizarre collaboration with Attack on Titan. The crossover will include quests, costumes for both Yasuke and Naoe, and will be available for a limited time.
The announcement came on November 24. The Assassin's Creed social media accounts shared a teaser of what players can expect from the crossover. It will include a story quest, which will task players with rescuing a potential Titan from a gang of fanatics looking to harness his power.
On top of that, it looks like the quest will play out in an entirely new frozen cave, with plenty of opportunities for neat traversal and parkour. The trailer also showcases two new costumes for both Naoe and Yasuke: for Naoe, she'll sport the same outfit as the iconic Mikasa Ackerman; meanwhile, Yasuke will wear a Titan-inspired armor set.
When Will The AC Shadows x Attack on Titan DLC Be Available?
Players can boot up Assassin's Creed Shadows on November 25 to access the new Attack on Titan quests.
Be warned, it's a limited-time event only, as the content will go away on December 22.
Is The Attack on Titan AC Shadows DLC Free?
Yes, while the game has paid expansions, this particular content drop will be free for all players to enjoy, as long as you log in during the specified timeframe.
That said, this only applies to the story quests; the outfits will be paid and available for purchase in the in-game store.
