ARC Raiders is shaping up to be the next big competitor to the extraction shooter genre. If you haven’t tried the game’s first beta months ago, then this Open Beta is going to be your guaranteed entry to play this year’s highly anticipated shooter.
ARC Raiders Open Beta Release Date
ARC Raiders’ Open Beta officially launches on October 17 and will be available until the 19. It'll last an entire weekend, free for all players. There’s absolutely no need for a sign up form, no payments, and no codes given.
This Open Beta serves as Nexon’s way to push its servers so the full game will encounter a few less issues when it comes to connectivity with its online modes.
ARC Raiders Open Beta Modes
In ARC Raiders’ Open Beta, you get to experience the game’s first massive map: the Dam Battlegrounds. It includes gorgeous vistas populated with dark forests and a massive research center looming in the distance. It will also act as the first major map when the full version of ARC Raiders launches this October 30.
The Dam Battlegrounds map will have random encounters like Electromagnetic Storms, Night Raids and a visit from a mysterious “Queen.”
Apart from the playable map, players will get access to mid-tier equipment to experiment with, as well as Blueprints that will expand their Raiders like weapons and gear. Additionally, basic crafting stations for Weapons, Equipment and Medical are available, but upgrading them won’t be possible in the beta for now.
Feats are also included in the Open Beta, meaning players can partake in the game’s challenges with daily rotating tasks. Completing these Feats will let players earn Creds, which is used to unlock rewards through the Raider Decks.

The ARC Raiders Open Beta will be available for free on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Steam and the Epic Games Store.
How to Play the ARC Raiders Open Beta
The server slam for ARC Raiders Open Beta is completely free, so players will only need to download the game on their respective consoles. PC users will have to download it on Steam or Epic Games Store, whereas PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S will have to download them on the PlayStation Store and Xbox Store, respectively.
