This article contains SPOILERS for Resident Evil Requiem
If you’re trying to fully clear Resident Evil Requiem and unlock the “No Safe Is Safe” achievement, you’ll need to open all five optional safes that appear throughout the main story.
Each puzzle uses a standard dial format, meaning how you turn it is just as crucial as the numbers you enter.
Missing a direction or overshooting a value will force you to reset the input, so precision is important. You’ll come across five safes throughout the main story, and each requires a three-step rotation to unlock.
What Are All Safe and Locker Combinations?

- Lounge / Living Room (Bar) Safe: Turn the dial left to 10, then right to 80, and finish by turning left to 30 to unlock it.
- Examination Room Safe: Rotate the dial right to 30, switch direction left to 10, and complete the sequence by turning right to 50.
- Workshop Safe: Input the combination by turning right to 60, then left to 40, and finally right to 80.
- Sterilization Chamber Safe: Start by turning right to 10, rotate left to 90, and end by turning right to 20.
- Monitor Control / Observation Room Safe: Open this one by turning left to 50, then right to 60, and finishing left to 80.
What Is the “Crate Expectations” Bonus Objective?
Aside from the main safes, Resident Evil Requiem also features a secondary challenge tied to BSAA containers under the objective commonly referred to as “Crate Expectations.”

To complete it, you must open all three BSAA containers found in the Raccoon City outskirts section during Leon’s story segment.
- Main Street Container #1: The first BSAA container is located along the Raccoon City outskirts main road during Leon’s detonator-part objective and can be opened immediately once you reach it.
- Main Street Container #2: The second container is also positioned along the same stretch of street and becomes accessible as you continue progressing through the outskirts section.
- Applegate Hotel Container: The third BSAA container is found near the Applegate Hotel, but you’ll need to obtain the required key item first and then use the subway to return to the area before you can open it and complete the challenge.
Opening all three containers completes the bonus requirement, so it’s recommended to grab the first two while you’re already in the outskirts and remember to revisit the Applegate Hotel later before advancing too far in the story.
