Online user naha_aa asked fans on the BF subreddit if they want to see this feature return in Battlefield 6, and most of them said yes. Because this game is going for a realistic military shooter vibe, having Day and Night maps would only add to the realism.
Some fans want it to go even further with rain, which would make things even more difficult and challenging. While that sounds good on paper, that doesn’t seem likely right now, given how this game is already focusing on large amounts of destruction.
