Are The Black Ops Cold War Servers Down? Status Update On Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PS4, PS5 And PC

The first season of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has entered its second half after the recent mid-season update.

The last known server issues were reported all the way back in November, and since then, there haven't been any issues to report since.

As more players load into the game, be sure to check back for the latest information if any issues do arise.

January 19th 2021

Some users are reporting issues with online services.

Xbox Players have been randomly disconnected with error messages stating:

"You have been disconnected from the call of duty black ops cold war servers" and "The Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War server is not available at this time”.

Xbox have acknowledged that their is an issue and are working to resolve it.

Currently, there are no reported issues from Activision - stay up to date with the latest status here.

Multiple users have been reporting issues logging into the Call of Duty in the past hour.

DownDetector has registered a spike in issues since just before 10PM GMT, citing that the issue is server-side (according to 90% of reports).

Players are seeing a "server full" error with a lengthy wait time.

The issue does not appear to be related to the platforms themselves, as they are all in good standing and can be seen here.
