To be able to hack the door sensors, you need to be at an angle where you can fully see the door sensor itself. It won't work if you're too near or too far. Other hackable objects in 007 First Light aren't as strict, but where you are positioned is vital for this particular challenge.

To hack the sensors of the door, return to the hallway by the stairs where you dropped down from the balcony. From this angle, the blinds of the conference room are up, allowing you to see in and hack the door sensor.

Head to the conference, go towards the large panel, and summon a cleaning robot. The robot will make its way and trigger the door sensor, opening up a path for Greenway and allowing you to complete your mission.
