Animal Crossing New Horizons has arrived and the game's currency (called 'Bells') will be the main catalyst for completing tasks and you'll need to know how to get lots of them.
It can be rather tedious to grind for bells sometimes, especially if you're trying to fast track yourself to buy certain items.

Fishing
Perhaps the most well-known method to get Bells in the history of the Animal Crossing series; we know for sure we are going to be able to fish in New Horizons so of course, we had to put it on the list.
Who knows what you are going to catch while fishing in New Horizons, perhaps you will get lucky and make a lot of Bells fast!
Gems and Gem Rocks
We can also assume we will encounter multiple gems and gem rocks in New Horizons. These special rocks will grant you loads of bells when you break them with your shovel.

Shaking Trees And Smacking Rocks
When in doubt, just shake the tree; it's that simple.
You never know what you are going to find by shaking a tree, maybe you will find a beehive and sell it?

Each day a random rock will give you money, you can hit each rock 8 times a day and one of them will reward you with money!
Planting Money Trees
You can even plant bells, which will sprout into a money tree!
The money that grows on it will only be collectable once - afterwards, it will be just a normal tree.
