Aliens are getting another videogame, following on from last-gen's excellent Alien: Isolation.
Aliens: Fireteam goes a different way, though, offering a third-person shooter where players will duke it out with the horrific, scuttling Xenomorphs.
Here's everything we know about the game so far.

What Is Aliens: Fireteam?
As the name suggests, Fireteam will be focused on a squad of players.
"Set 23 years after the original Alien trilogy, Aliens: Fireteam drops players into the role of a Colonial Marine aboard the USS Endeavor, recently tasked with answering a distress call from the outer colonies. Deploy to overrun facilities, abandoned ruins, and strange alien landscapes as you battle terrifying enemies across four campaigns with two friends or AI teammates," the official blurb explains.
Players can pick one of three classes – the Gunner, the Demolisher, or the Technician, and there are 11 types of extraterrestrial nasties to slay.
The game is expected to launch in Summer 2021, although no month was given.
The game is in development at Cold Iron Studios, a studio built from a foundation of three industry veterans.
It's being developed in collaboration with 20th Century Games, now owned by Disney.
The game will come to Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, and PC via Steam.
