Is The Dead Space Remake Coming To PS4 And Xbox One?

Now that EA Motive has announced the Dead Space Remake, fans have been wondering if it will hit PS4 and Xbox One, given that it was only announced for next-gen systems at EA Play Live.

So lets delve into the possibility of a last-generation version of the Dead Space Remake.

Dead Space Remake PS4 And Xbox One?

Unfortunately, as mentioned, the Dead Space Remake has only been announced for PS5, Xbox Series S/X, and PC. EA hasn't suggested it will come to PS4 or Xbox One at all or anytime in the future.

As for why the game is a next-gen only title, it could be due to the ambition of the remake, which has been completely rebuilt in the Frostbite engine.

This includes the addition of new narrative moments and gameplay features, alongside bringing some aspects from Dead Space 2 and 3 into the first game.

Dead Space is one of the first next-gen only games to be announced from a major third-party publisher and looks to be the start of more and more games being released exclusively for PS5 and Xbox Series S/X.
